— The Story

Based at 252 Java Street in Greenpoint, Peter works with the Brooklyn community to address the chronic postural and movement issues born from modern life and building bodies capable of thriving in activities that give others joy for decades.

With a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Peter bridges the gap between clinical rehab and performance training. Where most practitioners stop at symptom relief, Peter builds a roadmap for long-term resilience.

His approach stems from his background as a Massage Therapist where reducing and removing restriction through techniques including Deep Tissue Massage and Active Release allows others to move pain free. Coupled with movement assessments and functional mobility training — combining tools that are rarely found under one roof to provide the best service for physical health in Brooklyn

“Most people come in thinking that the journey ends when they are out of pain. What we need to do is understand why it’s occurring and build from there”
